Do you offer Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC's) ?
Yes. We offer AMC’s for printers, photocopiers, plotters, scanners, laser engraving machines, laser cutting machines and for products manufactured by Epson, Canon, HP, Rowe and Thunder Laser.
Do you offer one time repair / break-fix services ?
Yes. We repair and maintain equipment from Epson, Canon, HP, Rowe and Thunder Laser.
What is the response time of your service engineers ?
Our standard service response time is 4 to 6 working hours.
Are your service engineers trained ?
Yes. We have our own service engineers who are trained locally and abroad to support our clients and to provide after sales service support.
Are Consumables and Spare Parts Available ?
Yes. We supply all the consumables, ink, toner, and spare parts for the models we sell. For availability of specific items, please contact our sales / service department.
Which areas do you offer service for in UAE ?
We have 3 branches in UAE: Abu Dhabi – Dubai – Sharjah – and thus offer service coverage for all the major cities: Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah. We also offer service coverage to far areas (more than 100km away from major cities) and this can be discussed on a case by case basis.
